Ajay Bhimastarted his teaching career by setting up his own institute more than twenty years ago. He had a passion towards mathematics and the advanced nature of the IIT entrance examination always intrigued him. He had begun teaching IIT level mathematics while he was himself a student back when there was very less awareness about IIT in his area. After a few years, he realized that to grasp the true essence of IIT JEE he needed to go out and get firsthand experience in IIT training. He started working at Pie institute in Janak Puri as HOD of Mathematics and later on joined Sri Chaitanya Janak Puri. However, he still yearned for more. His thirst for the ultimate IIT JEE experience was finally fulfilled when he joined the esteemed FIITJEE institute in Kalu Sarai. Although thorough faculty training is almost always mandatory, he was given batches within a week of joining. His work there was so impressive that within a couple of years he was given the huge responsibility of setting up a new branch of FIITJEE at Dwarka. He took up the position of Centre Head as well as the HOD of Mathematics at FIITJEE Dwarka and took the center from scratch to a flourishing hub of education in Dwarka sub city. Along with teaching the top students there, he also played an active part in faculty recruitment and training. He has always had a unique method of teaching the complex subject of mathematics with graphical approaches which ensure that the student’s mathematical aptitude increases in an exam pattern-proof manner. After many years in FIITJEE he felt that he was ready to complete what he had started almost two decades ago, the aim of bringing quality IIT training at affordable fees at his own institute.

Ritika Verma is a biology enthusiast who was on the path to becoming a scientist when she started teaching her juniors and realized that working with bacteria around the clock was not as appealing to her as teaching. She has cleared her UGC-NET (Life Sciences) and secured an All India Rank of 249 IN IIT-GATE (Life Sciences) with a percentile of 99.2. She cleared the JNU CBEE and completed her Masters from a CSIR College. She completed her research thesis working on deep sea bacteria during her Masters along with a Summer Research program at JNU, Delhi and projects at the National Institute of Oceanography, Goa. After achieving her academic dreams, she eventually chose teaching as her life long career. She has beenpreparing students to excel in Biology at various Entrance exams since the last 9 years.She pushes students to not just memorize the subject but to develop a keen interest in it. She believes that to actually excel at a subject it is important to enjoy it. After working at FIITJEE for more than 6 years she was able to gain enough experience about the competitive world of entrance exams and the method in which students can be prepared for them in a pattern-proof manner.
Together they have set up Epitome Institute for IIT JEE and NEET training where students can receive the best quality lectures, study material, doubt sessions and faculty assessments through unique courses at affordable fees.
About Epitome
Ajay Bhima started his institute under the name of ABC (Ajay Bhima Classes) 5 years ago to achieve his aim of bringing quality IIT JEE coaching to the students of Najafgarh at affordable fees. His exceptional knowledge and experience helped the students achieve remarkable results in a short span of time. He was able to motivate the students who had no prior knowledge of the IIT JEE exam to prepare for it and eventually secure seats in the premier engineering institutes like IIT, NSUT, DTU etc. Most of the students in his batch were able to achieve their dreams unlike other institutes where only the top students are able to secure seats and hundreds of others remain unmentioned. His aim has not just been to only guide the top most students but to take every student to a better version of himself/herself. His graphical approach towards problem solving and always focusing on the basics first rather than straightaway beginning a concept. He believes in interacting with each student on a personal level which keeps the students’ morale up. He is a well-known name in the field of mathematics coaching for IIT Advanced and due to his popularity in the Dwarka region from his time as Centre Head of FIITJEE Dwarka he kept getting a lot of queries for coaching from students in Dwarka. Hence, he rebranded his institute under the name of EPITOME and expanded its reach to not just Dwarka but all across India.
In 2019 he added a medical coaching wing to his institute under the leadership of Ritika Verma who had a similar vision as him. She has the same teaching methods and motivational abilities as him and is heading the NEET Coaching wing at Epitome as a Co-founder and Biology Faculty. In the first year of its inception she was able to produce remarkable results with one student scoring 670/720 in the paper out of just 10 students. She is planning to produce even better results in the coming years.
Together they have come up with the unique Hybrid program where students can get the combination of both online and offline modes of teaching by combining the benefits of the two and eliminating their respective disadvantages.
